NAME OF CONTEST: #RetroThursday CONTEST ("CONTEST"). Entry into this Giveaway constitutes your acceptance of these Official Rules. CONTEST ENTRY DATES: Giveaway begins March 2, 2017 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Standard Time ("PST") and ends April 7, 2017 at 12:01 a.m. PST ("Giveaway Entry Period"). PRIZES: (6) Prizes: Winners will receive one Retro-Bit Swag Bag delivered to their home or business (approximate retail value (“ARV”): US$20.00). Total ARV of prize: US$120.00. Prizes will be awarded by Sponsor. Prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. WHO MAY ENTER: Retro-bit Giveaway contests (the “Giveaways”) are open only to individuals who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and are 13 years of age or older. Employees of Retro-bit or Innex, Inc., their advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of Giveaways, any agents acting for, or on behalf of the above entities, their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, service providers, prize suppliers any other person or entity associated with the Giveaways (collectively “Giveaway Entities”) and/or the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members (whether related or not) of each such employee, are not eligible. participate in the Contest. YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook are free to download and join. Any Entry that does not include all required information and adhere to the foregoing and following requirements will be considered void and will not be considered in the judging of this Contest. In the event the same Entry is received from more than one entrant, only the first Entry will be accepted by Sponsor.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Once subscribed, Entries cannot be deleted, cancelled or modified. All Contest entrants may subscribe with each of their desired YouTube channels to increase their odds of being selected, but are only eligible to win one (1) prize during the entire Giveaway Entry Period. Any violation or attempt to violate this restriction may cause Sponsor to disqualify such person from the Giveaway. All Entries must be received by April 7, 2017. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt of any Entry by Sponsor. Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the registered account holder of the YouTube, Twitter or Facebook account that submitted the Entry. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person that submits more than the maximum allowed entries. Entrants using more than one (1) YouTube, Twitter, or Facebook account to enter the Contest are only eligible for one (1) prize. Contestant warrants and represents: (a) he/she is the sole and exclusive creator and owner of the Entry, including all rights therein, and that the Entry has not won any previous awards or competitions; (b) Contestant has the full and exclusive right, power and authority to submit the Entry and to grant Sponsor the rights to the Entry, including but not limited to the worldwide copyright; (c) no part of the Entry has been published, or; (d) no rights in the Entry have been previously granted to any person, firm, corporation or other entity. Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any Entry at any time in the event it is determined that the Entry is offensive, inappropriate, not in keeping with Sponsor’s images or if it is determined that the Contestant has not otherwise complied with these Official Rules. If the Entry contains any material or elements that are not owned by the Contestant and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties, the Contestant is responsible for obtaining, prior to Entry of the Entry, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the use and exhibition of the Entry by Sponsor in the manner set forth in these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of these permissions in a form acceptable to Sponsor from any participant at any time. PRIZE JUDGING: Each day during the Giveaway Entry Period, all eligible Entries received during the applicable day will be randomly screened by a select panel of Retro-bit employees who will serve as judges to determine one (1) random winner from YouTube. Sponsor reserves the right to not select a Winner and/or award a prize each day during the Giveaway Entry Period, in its sole discretion, if it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Entries. Odds of winning depend on the number, nature and quality of eligible Entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified within seventy-two (72) hours after determination of the winner by e-mail, phone, mail, Facebook, Twitter and/or YouTube comment and may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release ("Affidavit/Release") as well as any other documents which may be required by Sponsor, all of which must be received fully-executed within seven (7) days of date printed on notification or he/she may be disqualified. If after three (3) attempts to contact a potential winner, Sponsor has been unable to do so, he/she will be disqualified. In the event it is determined that a potential winner has not complied with these Official Rules, has failed to execute and return any required documents within the specified

time period, has made false statements or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, then such potential winner will be disqualified. Should a winner make any false statement(s) in any document required by Sponsor or prize supplier, such winner will be disqualified and required to promptly return to Sponsor the value of his/her prize. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, or if a potential or winner refuses their prize, at Sponsor’s discretion, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.
