Abstract : To achieve a better working productivity, the company management needs to increase their employees motivation. A few aspects to motivate employees is giving a fair compensation and a good working environment. PT. Nasmoco Kaligawe Semarang has giving two aspects above very well, but the productivity doesn’t yet optimum. The purpose of this research is to find out description of : compensation, working environment, working motivation and working productivity of General Repair PT. Nasmoco Kaligawe Semarang. Besides, to find out the effects of compensation and working environment towards working motivation to increase the working productivity of General Repair employees at PT. Nasmoco Kaligawe Semarang, partially and simultaneity. Population are 40 people, data analyze using regression linier and path analysis. Based on this research found out that compensation and working environment effecting working productivity directly and undirectly. Effecting undirectly via working motivation as intervening. Suggestion for the next research, not only these variabels : compensation, working environment and working motivation can effecting working productivity, but the researcher can progress, even combinate other variabels. Besides the next research can be extended not only a company but a few of a kind company.
