This module is intended to be used in conjunction with Power Commander 216-411

Remove the seats.

Remove the fuel tank shroud.

Prop the front of the fuel tank up.

PCIII and route the harness towards

the front of the bike going down the right

hand side of the frame.

the harness underneath the subframe crossover (Fig. A).

This is a tight fit

but the connectors will go thru assuming there are not any other accessory wires routed in this area.

Plug the matching connectors from the ignition module in-line of the stock wiring harness (Fig. C)

Slide one set of connectors back onto the stock bracket.

Tuck the other set

of connectors below the other set. 8

Route the harness as shown in Fig. D.

Plug the connectors from the ignition module in-line of the stock harness and pickup coil connector (Fig. E).

Attach the ground wire from the

Ignition module to the negative side of the battery (Fig. F).

Install the ignition module in the tail section of the bike.

It can be attached

to the top of the PCIII if necessary by using the supplied velcro. 13

Plug the white 10 pin connector from

the ignition module into the expansion port of the PCIII.

If you are using a

quickshifter then unplug the quick-

shifter from the PCIII and connect to

When lowering the fuel tank back into place make sure that it does not interfere with wiring harness.
