Thanks for the heads-up, Rachel. If you haven't yet faxed the comments, then it may actually be easier (and it would definitely make a clearer copy for us to review) if you were instead to e-mail the comments to [email protected]. I can confirm receipt, if you'd like. If you fax the comments, then they have to go through an additional scanning step that invariably makes a harder-to-read copy, on top of whatever resolution loss occurs during faxing. That said, we can certainly accept the faxed copy if that is your preference. Please let me know if you have any questions, or if there's anything I can do to facilitate your getting the comments to us.
