Video Title: HSQ atomic dance Description: Energy-filtered transmission electron microscope movie of focused electrons coming out of a sample consisting of 20 nm thick HSQ on top of 10 nm thick SiNx membrane. These electrons had 0 ± 2.5 eV energy loss. We can observe collective motion of HSQ and SiNx atomic structure during electron-beam irradiation at 200 keV.
