I hereby release WBFF/PARIS HENRY COUNTY JAYCEES and any person connected with this pageant from any and all claims and damages or injuries which may be sustained in activities of this pageant. All photos/videos taken at this pageant may be used by WBFF/PHC JC’S for promotions.
Parents’ Signature Contestants must be between the ages of birth and 2 and be a resident of Henry County. Contestants should be places in age group according to age on day of pageant. Contestants must arrive 30 minutes prior to pageant. Mail completed form (please print), $25 (non-refundable) entry fee (per contestant) to: WBFF ATTN: Little P & P P.O. Box 444, Paris, TN 38242. Make checks out to WBFF. Deadline is Jan.29. Absolutely no entries will be accepted after the deadline or on pageant day.
