TURN UP THE HEAT TO 1200°F With our Blackout exhaust the head pipe, inlet and end cap will be covered with a high temperature ceramic coating. Capable of withstanding up to 1200 degrees Fahrenheit, this process produces a ceramic based finish that increases impact strength and hardness while increasing resistance to abrasion/wear, corrosion, and chemicals.

IT’S NOT ABOUT US With a completely different exhaust we thought that it was only appropriate to develop a new name badge. At HMF our policy is the customer is always first and we wanted our new name badge to reflect that and show off a higher level of quality. This new but simple, elegant and subtle badge has our logo but doesn’t shove it in your face like a lot of other brands. This new badge adds a great touch to an already outstanding new exhaust setup with an outstanding level of contrast.

IT CAN’T ALL BE BLACK This new exhaust is going to be completely ceramic coated not just your header or mid pipe. The life of your Performance or Swamp Series will be extended when you get it “blacked out”. As a result your exhaust should have less intense exposure to the elements, protecting you for any application or use.

WHERE THE BLACKOUT STARTED The origin of the Blackout system came from HMF’s own mastermind, Hans Luenger. His idea for an apocalyptic survival machine became reality, like something spawned out of an action movie. Luenger stripped an already modified 2014 Polaris RZR 1000 and created the ultimate camping and survival machine. This beast has it all, including gun and knife mounts, truck tires, custom racks, a rear camera, an insane amount of performance parts and of course a Blacked Out HMF Dual Full Exhaust. This machine is something that you’ll have to see to believe, tricked out with more accessories than you could imagine. When the Blacked out new exhaust system grabbed everyone’s attention and we started getting calls, we knew we had to make it available to everyone. The Performance Series exhaust is the foundation that HMF was built on. The specially designed, unrestricted core allows the exhaust to increase power throughout the power curve. EQUAL POWER DISTRIBUTION Featuring a 2 1/8” unrestricted core, the Performance Series core has a special hole pattern that allows the exhaust system to increase power evenly throughout the RPM range. The system itself is assembled on an durable 6063-T6 aluminum alloy shell, with magnesium and silicon as the alloying elements. A high-temp powder coat can be applied for a completely custom look.

STAINLESS STEEL SHELL WITH MECHANICAL CORE The true beauty of the Swamp Series lies within the core. It features a mechanical core design that produces incredible horse power while keeping the sound levels to a minimum. The Swamp XL is the opposite where it’s completely unrestricted for maximum volume. Each has a 304 stainless steel shell that does not readily corrode, rust or stain with water as ordinary steel does. This tough exterior shell gives the Swamp Series durability that cannot be matched by any other exhaust system on the market.

SERIOUSLY, LOOK AT THIS END CAP The large exhaust shell requires an end cap design that can match the power and durability produced from the Swamp. Made from aluminum, the Swamp’s end cap offers a mechanical design style that allows use of the HMF Swamp Snorkel system.

PENLAND PRO INCREASING BOTTOM-END TORQUE

SUZUKI KING QUAD 750: SLIP ON SYSTEM

Backed by the ATV legend Mike Penland, the Penland Pro Series was developed for serious off road racers and trail riders striving to achieve more low end torque. The removable Torque Range Modifier (included) adds a low-to-mid range punch, allowing quads to hook-up better in rough conditions. The exhaust is made of T6061 aluminum and is air-riveted shut for complete durability.

Exclusive to the Penland Pro, the Torque Range Modifier (TRM) is a removable insert that broadens the available torque range of the machine, allowing for better hook-up in rough conditions.

YOU STILL HAVE OPTIONS The 6063-T6 aluminum shell on the Penland Pro is available in a brushed or polished finish. Like the Performance Series, every end cap style and color can also be installed.

HMF.WARRANTY HMF Engineering Inc. warranties all exhaust systems for two years from the date of purchase from all manufacturing defects (broken welds, etc.). There is no warranty on exhaust pipes and mufflers with regard to any form of discoloration. Discoloration and bluing can be caused by tuning characteristics (i.e. cam timing, carburetor jetting, overheating) and is not defective manufacturing. HMF Engineering Inc. will not cover any item under warranty for any reason without valid proof of purchase (ex. receipt, bank statement or invoice).

SHIPPING Before shipping any package to HMF Engineering Inc., you must first complete our warranty form. It can be found at hmfracing.com, or it can be faxed or mailed to you. Any exhaust system sent to HMF Engineering Inc. without a copy of the form inside the box will be refused. HMF Engineering Inc. warranties the product, not the shipping. HMF does not pay for the cost of shipping to or from HMF Engineering Inc. This includes, and is not limited to, duties, taxes and other transportation cost. Any package shipped to us with unpaid duties will be refused. HMF Engineering Inc. will contact the customer once the packages has been received and inspected by the warranty manager. At that time, the customer will be advised if the exhaust is covered under warranty and the customer will be notified. The time frame for warranty and repairs is dependent on the current lead time of production and can be anywhere from 7-15 days.

CARBON.CANISTERS If any HMF Engineering Inc. Carbon Fiber canister starts to discolor or blemish in any way, arrangements must be made immediately to return the canister for inspection. Do not wait to cause further damage to the canister and void the warranty. This policy will be STRICTLY enforced due to the cost of the carbon fiber can. Damage

to the carbon fiber canister may occur from rear or side impact to the muffler. HMF Engineering Inc. is not responsible for damage caused by impact or improper installation. If the canister is damaged it can be replaced for a fee. Proper care of your canister should ensure an extra long life from your carbon fiber canister.
