1 Overview The workshop will be hosted by CTCN, located at the UN City in Copenhagen, Denmark (street address: UN-City, Marmorvej 51, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark). The CKB workshop will be held on June 23 and 24, both between 9am and 5pm. During the workshop, all coffee breaks and lunches will be provided at the conference venue. In addition, a joint dinner will be organized on Tuesday and a social gathering at the outreach event on Monday June 22. Participants are asked to cover their own travel and accommodation costs, as well as to make their own hotel booking arrangements (see accommodation). In the afternoon of Monday, June 22, the CKB group with support from CTCN, invites a broad, public audience to a “Meet and Greet” at UN City. This session is organized as an outreach and marketing event to showcase current CKB activities. CKB members are encouraged to participate and use this forum as a means to put their efforts, demos and poster to display. 5 Transport 5.1 Getting to CTCN 5.1.1
Arriving at CTCN / Building Security at UN City
Please make sure to arrive at least 40 minutes before the beginning of the meeting at UN City to ensure a smooth start, as security clearance may take up to 20 minutes. You will be asked to show identification at the security gate, please bring your passport or governmentissued ID. On the first day of the meeting, we will set up a registration desk at the UN City reception you will be issued a visitor pass/sticker, which you are asked to wear for the duration of your visit. A staff member will meet you at the registration desk 30 minutes before the meeting starts. You will then be directed to the meeting rooms.

Public Transport (Train) from Copenhagen
At the airport, purchase a ticket using the machines, a single three-zone train ticket costs approximately 36 Danish Kroner (DKK). Take the Metro to Nørreport Station (around 15/20 minutes), transfer to the “S-tog” train lines: A, B or C exit at Nordhavn Station (5-8 minutes from Nørreport Station). The walking distance from the station to UN City is approximately 900m, as indicated by the blue dotted line on the map below.

7 At CTCN 7.1 Coffee/Tea Coffee breaks will be included in the event. However, if you would like additional hot drinks, coffee/tea machines are available in the main reception area, as well as in the canteen. For the cost of 10 DKK, you may purchase coffee, cappuccino, espresso or latte. Hot water is free, tea bags can be purchased at the canteen.
7.2 Breakfast & Lunch There is a canteen on the main floor of the building, which serves breakfast between 8:00 - 10:00 a.m., and lunch between 11:30 a.m. and 14:00 pm. Lunch includes a buffet with vegetarian choices, salad bar, sandwiches and soup. Cash, as well major credit cards are accepted as payment at the canteen.
7.3 Office Smoking Policy The UN City in Copenhagen is a non-smoking zone. A designated smoking area is available which we can direct you to. Smoking is prohibited in all other areas.

9 Additional Information about Copenhagen 9.1 Banking The Danish currency (DKK) is the krone (crown). Denmark does not participate in the single European currency (EURO) however some major shops will accept payment in EURO. The banks are open from 10:00 to 16:00 Monday to Friday, and most banks have cash dispensers at street level. All major credit cards are accepted (be sure to have the PIN code). The most common credit card in Denmark is the Visa card. There is also an ATM located in the UN City Reception area which dispenses Danish Kroner and Euros.
