The Kid’s Market will take place on Saturday 4th February in the Rotary Park, Mt Eliza as part of the 2017 Mt Eliza Music Festival. The Kids Market will provide children under the age of 13 with the opportunity to run their own art and craft stall and sell items to the festival visitors. There is no fee required to run a stall however, this form will need to be completed and returned to Morleys Bar & Bistro before the 14th of November. You will then be contacted to confirm your stall has been selected to participate. Stallholders will need to provide their own trestle or card table and are responsible for safe keeping of their own monies. Please note that no shade or shelter is provided except by the trees on site. Any marquees need to be no larger than 3m x 3m and you must ensure each leg is sufficiently weighted to resist wind. Absolutely NO food or drink products can be sold, hand made products are preferred. Stall holders are requested to be at the Rotary Park by 12:30pm on the day to set up their stall and asked to maintain stall activity until at least 4pm and no later than 5pm. All property, goods and equipment is set up at the event at your own risk – Cobraskin Pty Ltd and the festival committee accept no responsibility for any loss or damage. There are only a limited number of kids stalls available and will be offered on a ‘first come’ basis. However, if for any reason your child decides not to attend, PLEASE let us know ASAP so that the space can be reallocated. Other activities in the Rotary Park on the day will include the Morleys Stage with a list of musical acts performing, a petting zoo and arts and crafts activities for children to participate in.
