Ray Casazza is Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration at 605. He brings more than 30 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, business management and development in media, entertainment and publishing to his role. At 605, he is responsible for the company’s finance and administrative functions including human resources and legal. Prior to joining 605, Ray served as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Cablevision Systems Corporation and Altice USA, where he oversaw budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and financial analysis. He has also held senior positions at Scholastic, Walt Disney Company, HarperCollins Publishers and Doubleday Entertainment. Ray received an M.B.A. in Finance from The Peter J. Tobin College of Business at St. John’s University and a B.S. in Marketing from St. John’s University.
Colleen Moraghan is Senior Vice President of Data Solutions at 605. She brings more than 30 years of advertising technology, compliance, data science and media sales experience to her position. She is responsible for the design, development and delivery of unique and effective technology-driven solutions that increase sales by using set-top box data for audience discovery, media planning and measurement. Most recently, Colleen served as Vice President of Audience Measurement at Cablevision Systems Corporation, where she oversaw the overall development, operations and strategy for Cablevision’s audience measurement data and metrics standardization. She was also responsible for the planning and development for client
measurement, analytic and planning products such as Total Audience Application. Colleen received an M.B.A in Business Administration from Hofstra University and a B.A in Communication Arts from New York Institute of Technology, and is also a long-time member of WICT (Women in Cable Telecommunications).
Chris Frommann is Group Vice President of Technology at 605, bringing more than ten years of experience in software engineering to his role. At 605, he leads the engineering and product teams in development of media planning and analysis software. He also currently serves as a consultant (and previously as a Digital Service Expert) at the White House for the U.S. Digital Service (USDS). Most recently, Chris served as Founder and VP of Engineering for AMG, and together with a cross-disciplinary team of engineers, analysts and media experts, led the development of AMG’s media optimization platform and suite of tools, including OMAR and Headmaster. Before AMG, Chris led the design and development of the Democratic Party’s state-of-the-art platform for the reporting and visualization of media spending, polling and other critical campaign data, and held a number of technical roles at startups and in industry, government and politics. Chris received an M. Eng of Computer Science from Cornell University and a B.A. in Computer Science and Political Science from Cornell University.
Peter Foley, Ph.D., is Group Vice President of Analytics at 605. Peter brings more than ten years of experience in consumer behavior and political modeling, statistical computing and methodology, survey analysis to his role. At 605, he leads the analytics team and manages 605’s behavioral modeling and experimentation. Most recently, Peter served as Director of Analytics at AMG, where he managed predictive modeling for AMG’s clients, including overseeing the buildout of their automated modeling tools. He was also founder and Technical Chief of Pivotal Targeting/Lightbox Analytics. Peter received his Ph.D. from the California Institute of Technology, where his research focused on voter ideology, ideological stability and influence, and the neurological factors underlying political preferences. He also holds B.S. degrees in Social Sciences and in Engineering and Applied Sciences from the California Institute of Technology.
Gaurav Shirole is Group Vice President of Product and Client Solutions at 605. Gaurav has spent his career developing analytics products and conducting quantitative behavior analyses for consumer businesses and political campaigns. This kind of work demands extensive tactical knowledge ranging from database technology to experimental design. At 605, he manages product development and client engagements to optimize programming and audience-based advertising. Most recently, Gaurav served as Founder and VP of Product and Client Services of AMG, where he led data science engagements focused largely on target modeling and media optimization. Before AMG, Gaurav served as a Senior Analyst in Digital Advertising for the 2012 Obama campaign and Lead Analyst for the Presidential Inaugural Committee. He has previously held analyst positions at Bully Pulpit Interactive and Cornerstone Research. Gaurav received a B.S. in Business and a B.A. in Political Science at the Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley.
