throughout the years with Forever, i have heard and even been associated with a great expression, “if you are not having fun, you are not doing it right!” i have used this quote myself many times over the past 30 years of traveling the Forever world. it has always been a very apt quote but never more so than now. as i read the same newspapers and watch the same news programs as you do, i am subject to a tirade of bad news and a list of all the things that are wrong in our economy and in our world. Of course we do not live in a perfect world, and i do not mean to suggest that the good families throughout the world who are suffering financial hardship at this time are not victims of a significant downturn. but i would like for a moment to suggest another way of looking at things.

The Internet Policy Compliance Team: Your Protection from Unfair Selling Practices Forever Living protects its Distributors with a clear cut policy that defines what Distributors can post in their individual websites, blogs, banner ads etc and prohibits the sale of products over the Internet except through the official FLP website at www.foreverliving.com and its MyFLPbiz web pages. During the past year, we have set up an International team of representatives to monitor the Internet and make sure that Distributors are protected from unfair, noncompliant marketing methods. We are happy to report that dozens of sites have been brought into compliance with Company policy and that hundreds of unauthorized auction site postings have been removed. A major advancement has been made with the discovery of a great new tool that will help us identify unauthorized sellers of our products on Internet auction sites and the owners of rogue websites and postings. Even though these sellers and owners may have requested to remain anonymous when posting their sites we now have the ability to obtain a court order to disclose this information for sites not complying with Company Policy and in most cases are violating the law. We encourage Distributors to report any violations they come across on the Internet. Please inform your country head office and we will investigate further to determine if action is warranted. Distributors may use the Internet to advertise as long as the advertisements have been approved in advance by the Head Office. All such advertisements must comply with policy as laid out in section 14.14 of the Company Policy Booklet. Distributors who wish to sell products over the Internet have two choices: a) They can subscribe to a MyFLPbiz website or b) They can link their own website (after words are approved) to the Aloe Store on the official Company website at www.foreverliving.com. Under no circumstances may a Distributor sell product within his own website. All Internet sales must take place through the Forever Living Store. The Internet can be a tremendous business building tool when used correctly. We encourage every Distributor to set up their own MyFLPbiz website and promote their business through this electronic marvel.
