AARON MARTIN JOINS THE PHOENIX OFFICE OF SNELL & WILMER PHOENIX (June 28, 2016) – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Aaron Martin has joined the special litigation and compliance practice group as an associate in the Phoenix office. He uses his experience as a former general counsel to help solve a variety of problems for businesses and individuals, particularly when those issues give rise to litigation. Mr. Martin represents businesses and individuals in a variety of practice areas and industries, including education, healthcare, government contracts and administrative law. He primarily works on litigation and enforcement matters in state and federal courts and before government agencies. He also represents individuals and businesses involved in business disputes at trial and on appeal. Before joining Snell & Wilmer, he served as the general counsel and corporate secretary of Great Hearts Academies, a nonprofit network of charter schools in Arizona and Texas. Before Great Hearts, Mr. Martin Aaron Martin practiced for four years doing trial and appellate litigation at Fennemore Craig in Phoenix. Immediately after law school, Mr. Martin clerked in federal court in Tucson for the late Chief Judge John M. Roll. He has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in philosophy from the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC, and received his law degree from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in 2010. Mr. Martin is licensed to practice in Arizona and Colorado.
