We provide a variety of opportunities to learn and connect through in-person programs and networking events. We’re committed to helping our members remain at the cutting edge of market trends and create a network of contacts that are instrumental in achieving career goals. In order to leverage expert advice, we identify top national, regional and local leaders in the healthcare industry to share knowledge and learnings with our members.
Mentoring Involvement in a mentoring relationship is “the crucial key to success in the business world — and the single advantage that women usually do not have,” according to Catalyst, a best-in-class research organization that is dedicated to advancing women in the workplace. Mentoring not only empowers women, it helps them “manage their own learning to become the person they want to be.” HBA members have an opportunity to enhance their professional success through the power of the HBA network. Whether you are a current leader, a rising star, in transition, in your dream job, an industry veteran or just trying to figure it all out — consider the HBA Indiana chapter mentoring program to support your ongoing career development.
