Council Staff Skill Evaluation To help local councils measure whether or not their accounting staff have an adequate level of Microsoft Excel expertise, the Fiscal Management Team has developed a list of essential skills necessary to successfully accomplish tasks associated with the functions of PeopleSoft software. The Microsoft Excel skills assessment for PeopleSoft Financials is a tool to help measure the level of Excel expertise of your accounting staff. The skills are grouped in two categories: essential or other.
