Sub;- AP RVM (SSA) Hyderabad – Engaging the services of Vidya Volunteers for the academic year 2012-13 in primary schools and Upper primary schools – Communication of Additional Guidelines – Regarding. Ref;- Procs Rc.No. 310/RVM(SSA)/C2/2012. Dated; 31-5-2012 of the SPD, RVM (SSA) AP, Hyderabad. *** In continuation of the proceedings under reference read above, the following additional guidelines are herewith communicated to all the District Educational Officers and Project Officers of RVM (SSA) in the state for positioning of Vidya Volunteers during the year 2012-13.
Additional Guidelines: 1. In view of the proposed transfers / rationalization of teachers in the next week, the Vidya Volunteers may be engaged only in the teacherless schools first to ensure the functioning of such schools. 2. After completion of transfers / rationalization, the requirement of Vidya Volunteers shall be assessed as per the norms communicated earlier and engage the services of Vidya Volunteers accordingly. 3. After assessing the requirement, fresh roaster points shall be allotted as per the procedure in vogue. 4. As it is decided to repatriate the existing MRPs who have completed three years of service w.e.f. 01.07.2012 no Vidya Volunteer shall be positioned in their places.
5. The candidates with TTC / D.Ed. / B.Ed. are eligible to work as Vidya Volunteers.
However in case of pandits the candidates with requisite
qualifications may be considered in Upper Primary Schools. 6. If eligible candidates are not available, specific proposals shall be submitted to the SPO for the relaxation of qualification. 7. The enrolment figure as on 23rd April 2012 may be considered for assessing the requirement of Vidya Volunteers Sd/-V.Usha Rani. STATE PROJECT DIRECTOR.
