Using contacts tab you can add / edit/ delete contacts. If you have more contacts you can import from .csv file (followed by different country and group).

All Groups Here is the list of example contact groups, why do you need a group? A group can separate contacts and identify contact easily when you proceed to different countries campaign. The groups are not only applicable for country separation; you can use it in different scenarios.

New Campaign Here is the form to compose new SMS campaign, some steps to follow when you proceed to new campaign • Choose contacts ( either by groups, or by individual contacts or type contact manually ) • Ensure "From" sender settings (if you want to use your own company name, you should apply for SenderID by purchasing a dedicated number), default sender id settings delivers message from shared number e.g. + 19282275770 • Ensure message characters • Important, make sure that you have enough credit (balance)

Caller Numbers You can see the list of purchased caller numbers / sender id from this tab. How to purchase a caller number and setup Sender ID? please follow the steps. • •
Click on "Buy a Number", subscribe to a number (there is no option to choose a number, the dedicated number will be assigned by system administrator) Once you get the "caller number" approved, then, apply for "Sender ID" (e.g. ABCMARKET or COMPANY NAME, or ABC).
Note: Requesting a Sender ID still depends on meeting the requirement (For example, you can request a Sender ID anytime before expiration of your subscription period). But once your caller number expired, you will loose access to your Sender ID. So, please make sure your Caller Number is active.
