• Start removing the silver plastic flange • To remove it start to leverage from the right side of the flange with a plastic flat bar (see arrows on the picture) • Be sure to use a suitable tool for this operation and protect the dashboard with paper tape to avoid to scratch the plastic.

• Remove the 4 screws to release the OEM head unit.

• In order to place the head unit you must to cut part of the frame shown in the box


• This is the result after cut the plastic frame

Facia adapter EF-AR1-FA.01 (silver)

• Mount the metal brackets on the Macrom head unit as indicated paying attention to center the screws on the reference lines of the brackets.

Connection harness with interface

• Connect the head unit to the interface device and place the GPS antenna and the microphone before to close the plastics.

CORRECT ORIENTATION The orientation provides the positioning of the BLACK surface facing the sky.

• Pay attention to the GPS antenna position. It MUST be looking to the sky as indicated in the above picture. If not positioned correctly the GPS signal is bad and may cause a malfunction of the navigation system.

• Insert the snap fastener to the flange frame supplied with the kit. • To close the flange start from left side then pressing the sides until they are completely looked.

• Now your Macrom entertainment system is ready to play.
