CRITERIA FOR ALUMNI SCHOLARSHIP 1. Must be a UAPB student, have 30 or more hours and possess a 2.3 GPA or better to apply. Applicants must be first time degree seeking students. 2. Complete both sides of the application form. All scholarship applications must be typed. A copy of your current award letter (201617) must be attached to the application. 3. Must be enrolled in 12 or more hours during the Fall ‘17 and Spring ’18 semesters to be eligible for scholarship. (The scholarship amount is split between the fall and spring semesters and will be awarded based on students being enrolled both semesters). 4. Application must be submitted no later than 12:00 p.m. on February 16, 2017 to be considered. No emailed applications will be accepted. 5. All recipients will be notified and must send thank you letter(s) to donor(s) in order to receive the scholarship(s) for Fall ‘17 and Spring ’18 semesters. 6. Recipients of scholarship(s) who are participating in summer internships/co-ops must notify this office with contact information. Failure to do so may result in forfeit of scholarship(s).
