Step 2: Provide Proof of Child’s School Enrollment and Proof of Free NSLP Enrollment Please provide a COPY of the most recent acceptance letter from your child’s school or school district showing that he or she is currently enrolled for Free lunches and a copy of an enrollment/attendance record or current school report card from your child’s school showing that he or she is currently enrolled at the school listed on this application. If you cannot provide National School Lunch Program (NSLP) documentation, proof of enrollment in Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) or Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) may be used. **Eligibility for reduced-price lunches does not qualify you for Connect2Compete benefits at this time.
