each student, and such control depends upon the wholehearted cooperation of its clients; therefore, I understand that my instruction may be terminated at any time during the course if the staff deems my cooperation or behavior unsatisfactory. I will abide meticulously by any and all safety procedures required at Alaska Tactical, and I agree to sign a statement releasing Alaska Tactical, Inc. from any and all injuries I may sustain during the training program. I will be at least 21 years of age at the time of class or between the ages of 18 and 21 and be enlisted in the United States Military. It is the student’s responsibility to check their schedule before enrolling. I understand that my payment is non-refundable/non transferable. No student substitutions will be accepted. If you would like to secure a class slot prior to providing all necessary documentation we will accept payment (non-refundable/non transferable). You will have 7 working days from payment receipt to submit all supporting documentation otherwise the slot will be released. See page two for supporting documentation requirements. All applicable local, state and federal laws will be adhered to.
