Abstract: The labour market dictates the principles of computer design, engineering and construction training. Knowledge of the latest information technologies is the main of them. A necessary condition for successful learning is teaching staff. Teachers should not only actively work in the design industry but have professional certification in leading programs of Autodesk. The value of certification as an independent evaluation of professionalism is growing every day. The aim of this work is to highlight the issue of benefits Authorized Training Center (ATC) Autodesk. Analyzing experience of ATC Autodesk SPbPU authors make conclusion how much ATC Autodesk is useful for higher education institutions. Introduction St.Petersburg Polytechnic University was founded in 1899. Recently SPbPU has become "National Research University", also known in Russia and abroad as Polytechnical Institute — a recognized Russian and world-wide leader in the field of higher engineering and economic education. Currently it also remains at the leading positions in the rating of Russian engineering higher educational institutions. St.Petersburg Polytechnic University entered the TOP-800 world universities QS World University Ranking 2013/14, taking up a position in the 441-460 cluster [1]. SPbPU is one of 15 Russian leading universities who entered the Ministry of Education and Science Program “5-100-2020”. Program Aim is modernization and development of Polytechnical University as a globally competitive scientific-educational center that integrates multidisciplinary research and world-class technology and is included among the world's leading universities. It is expected that by 2020, Saint-Petersburg state Polytechnical University will be included in the TOP 100 of the QS World University Rankings [2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9]. SPbPU also supports international project on the reform of engineering education CDIO (Conceive-Design-Implement-Operate), launched in October 2000. Its key objectives are: • Bridging the gap between theory and practice in education and strengthening of practical training of future engineers • Ability to work with new computer products, processes and systems that are in demand by industry • Scientific and technical development of society The labour market dictates the principles of computer design, engineering and construction training. Knowledge of the latest information technologies is the main of them. The principle of future specialist preparation 1. • Autodesk software • Operational update of Autodesk products Autodesk is a world leader in software development for computer-aided design (CAD) systems of industrial and civil construction, computer design and engineering, means of implementation of the virtual world. The Autodesk solutions are used by over 100 million professionals in 187 countries. The company has developed a wide range of packaged software products for architects, engineers, designers. Now there are more than 9 million users of Autodesk worldwide. Autodesk has development of 4 units: • Engineering and industry • Architecture and construction • Animation and graphics • Basic solutions and business development The company annually allocates grants for the Russian educational. Almost 2000 educational institutions in Russia have already taken advantage of this opportunity, getting free software Autodesk products, the total commercial value of the equivalent of more than $200 million. Autodesk support of educational institutions - schools, colleges and universities include teacher training, curriculum development, support, training centers and certification authorities. Talented students with the support of Autodesk participate in major international competitions, for example, Formula Students and WorldSkills. 2. A necessary condition for successful learning is teaching staff. Teachers should not only actively work in the design industry but have professional certification in leading programs of Autodesk. Autodesk certification is an exam that allows everyone to assess their knowledge and skills in Autodesk software products. The certification program is an evaluation system of knowledge. No matter what area you work in- manufacturing, construction, architecture - Autodesk certification is a confirmation of your professionalism and rich experience for employers and potential clients around the world. Certified professionals gain opportunities for a successful career. Autodesk certification is highly appreciated all over the world because of: • the recognition of high efficiency products and technologies Autodesk; • recognition of experience with Autodesk products; • having proven expertise and experience; • focus on success; • professional recognition in the industry. The Autodesk certification program is: • Beginner level of certification - Autodesk Associate; Beginner level of Autodesk certification is a test that does not require the demonstration of practical skills in Autodesk. You answer 30 questions (multiple-choice) test. The questions at the beginner level of certification cover basic concepts and procedures. • Professional level certification - Autodesk Professional. Professional level of Autodesk certification entails performing 20 jobs using Autodesk and covers a wide range of knowledge and skills. On the professional level exam user demonstrates the skills of drawing, carring out practical tasks and answering questions on the tasks. Autodesk certification is the best confirmation of knowledge and skills for users of Autodesk products software. Professional Autodesk Certificate (Fig.1) is recognized worldwide as an objective assessment of professional skills of specialist.

Figure 1. Professional Certification For project companies is: • evaluation of the professional level of proficiency in design tools in Autodesk; • documentary evidence of the skills of employees and applicants to use Autodesk products; • the lack of appropriate "input" testing for applicants; • advantage in tenders (the availability of certified professionals in the state of the company is often a prerequisite for participation in competitions). For professionals this: • advantage in the labour market; • recognized industry certificate documentary evidence of your professionalism; • ability to use the logo Autodesk Certified; • the opportunity to find you, as a certified specialist in a single database Autodesk. Professional certification of teachers ensures a high level readable by Autodesk courses and enable their students after completion of training get Autodesk Certificate of Completion (Fig.2). It increases the competitiveness of graduates being conclusive evidence of their ability to work with the product.

Figure 2. Certificate of Completion Work objective The analysis of literature revealed a large number of publications devoted to the value of Autodesk products in the field of animation and graphics [10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15] mechanical engineering [16, 17, 18, 19], architecture and construction [20, 21, 22, 23, 24] and many others. There are absolutely no publications with research topic, although the value of certification as an independent evaluation of professionalism is growing every day. The aim of this work is to highlight the issue of benefits Authorized Training Center (ATC) Autodesk for higher education institutions. ATC Autodesk SPbPU experience Autodesk strongly recommends you carefully organize the process of preparation for certification exam. Success will become with regular time for practice, studying plan of preparation, studying the course at an Authorized Training Center, as well as the official preparation materials. Authorized training center for Autodesk (ATC) - organization accredited by Autodesk for the right to provide educational services for training of users of Autodesk products in the framework of the official Autodesk training courses, compliance with corporate standards and quality assurance of the educational process. Since 2007 the Higher Engineering School of Information Technology and Management Institution at SPbPU acts as Authorized Training Center (ATC) Autodesk. This year Civil Engineering Institute joined the ATC Autodesk. Educational programs include the areas of training, supported by the following software products: • civil engineering - Autodesk Revit; • graphics and animation - Autodesk Maya; • interior design - Autodesk 3dsMAX, Autodesk AutoCAD. Since 2007 Autodesk Certificates (Fig.2) have received 2720 listeners, among them: • Autodesk AutoCAD - 1028 students • Autodesk 3ds MAX - 1138 students • Autodesk Maya - 532 students • Autodesk Revit – 22 students The highest level of training students demonstrate graduate students. 80% of the students of the second higher education on a speciality "Design" and programs of professional retraining choose for prom and dissertations topics:
