NOTIFICATION No: 471 Sub:- Recruitment to the post of JUNIOR ASSISTANT in the office of the Society- Applications invited from (i) the Children of employees of APSRTC and only who are shareholders of the Society and (ii) Children of the Employees of the society- Reg.. Applications are invited for the posts of Junior Assistants from (i) the Children of employees (including children of Officers) working in the units of APSRTC and only who are shareholders of the Society, (ii) Children of the Employees of the society. The candidate must fulfill the following conditions:1)

ELIGIBILITY: The applicants father/mother must be an employee working in any of the units of APSRTC and must be a shareholder of the society having a minimum five years membership as on 01-06-2016. The children of the employee of the society who are on rolls as on 01-06-2016 are also eligible. Note: Only one child of the shareholder/employee of the society is eligible for consideration.

QUALIFICATIONS: The candidate must have passed at least B.Com in any discipline from any recognized university. Telugu should be one of the languages in SSC or its equivalent examination. Correspondence courses/Open university courses and degrees secured through correspondence is not accepted. Only regular degree is accepted.

AGE: The candidate must have completed 21 years of age and must not have completed 35 years of age as on 01-07-2016. Five (5) years upper age relaxation will be allowed in respect of SC/ST/BC Candidates.

NO. OF VACANCIES: Eight (8) Vacancies (OC-4, BC-A -1, SC-2, ST-1= Total-8)

SELECTION PROCEDURE: The marks secured by the candidates in SSC and B.COM will be taken as base for selection with 40% weightage for total marks secured in SSC or its equivalent examination and 60% weightage for total marks secured in B.Com by the candidate. Weightage marks for age will be added @1 mark for each completed year of age subject to a maximum of 10 marks, to the candidates from 25 years of age ( i.e. for completed years of age 25 years - 1 mark, 26 years - 2 marks, 27 years - 3 marks, 28 years - 4 marks, 29 years - 5 marks, 30 years - 6 marks, 31 years - 7 marks, 32 years - 8 marks, 33 years - 9 marks, 34 years - 10 marks). The short listed candidates will be called for to the office of the society to submit their original certificates for verification. After verification of all the original certificates and found satisfactorily, further process of selection will be initiated. The candidates will not be paid transport, lodging, boarding or any other expenses.

MEDICAL FITNESS: The selected candidates will be directed to undergo medical examination. Only the candidates who are found medically fit for the post as per the prescribed medical standards of APSRTC will be appointed.

ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES: The candidates who are selected will be required to deposit all their original certificates in the office of the society.

CONSOLIDATED PAY: The selected candidates will be paid consolidated wages of Rs.13,880/- per month during the first year. At the end of first year their performance will be reviewed. If the performance of the candidate is not upto the mark, their services will be terminated. Only those candidates whose performance is satisfactory will be absorbed on time scale with probationary rights.

SCALE OF PAY: From the second year onwards they will be absorbed in the time scale of Pay Rs.13880-420-18080-460-22680-480-27480-500-32480-520-36640 with usual allowances as decided by the committee of management of the society from time to time. Selected candidates have to work anywhere in AP or in Hyderabad. They must attend to all types of works entrusted to them including Accounts & Computer etc.

PROBATION: The selected candidates shall abide by the rules and regulations of the society. After successful completion of the 1st year on consolidated pay they will be appointed with probationary rights. The probation will be for a period of one year. The candidates will be eligible to draw increment in the time scale only after completion of the period of probation and after passing the written test conducted by the society for declaration of period of probation. In case the performance of the candidate is not satisfactory the society reserves the right to extend the probation period.

HOW TO APPLY: The applications should be submitted in the prescribed format duly typed or in candidate's own hand writing in English and should be accompanied with Xerox copies of certificates in respect of his/ her (a) SSC/10th marks certificate (b) B.Com marks and, provisional certificate/final certificate, (c) Caste/ Community certificate issued by the competent authority, (d) Proof of B.Com regular study (admission letter from college/fee paid receipt/ Identity card/Transfer Certificate or any other) (e) Two passport size photographs. It is not sufficient if the candidate produces degree marks list. The candidate shall also submit the provisional certificate/final certificate as proof of having completed the degree satisfactorily. The envelope containing the application should be super scribed "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF JUNIOR ASSISTANT IN CCS". Incomplete applications or applications submitted without the required enclosures are liable to be rejected and no representations in this regard will be entertained.

APPLICATION FORMAT: The interested candidates can download the prescribed application form from the APSRTC website www.apsrtc.gov.in. Application in any other format will not be accepted.

APPLICATION FEE: Along with the filled in application the candidates must pay Rs.200/- towards application fee through DD drawn in any Bank in favour of "Secretary, APSRTC ET&CCS Ltd.," payable at Hyderabad. No cheque / postal order will be accepted. The application fee once paid is non-refundable.

LAST DATE OF SUBMISSION: The application completed in all respects should be sent to the following address by RPAD/courier/drop box in CCS office: The Secretary, APSRTC ET&CCS Ltd., Satyanarayana Reddy Marg, Azamabad, Hyderabad - 500020 . The last date for submission of the application is 30-06-2016 up to 03.00 P.M. Applications received thereafter will not be considered. The society is in no way responsible for postal/any other delays and as such the interested candidates are advised to submit the applications well in advance.

The application should be forwarded by the Unit Officer under whom the parent of the applicant is presently working.

It may be noted that mere satisfying the conditions stipulated herein, does not confer any right on the candidates, to claim the job in the society. The society reserves its right to accept or reject any of the applications received. The society also reserves its right to cancel the notification at any time during the recruitment process
