ROLE AND PURPOSE: The Campus Test Facilitator will be to coordinate all aspects of state and local testing, including training and administration. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Education/Certification/Experience Bachelor’s Degree from accredited institution Texas Teacher Certification (preferred) Three years teaching experience Successful experience as a test administrator SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Demonstrated efficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational and work prioritization skills Positive interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work with data management systems MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Provide campus wide leadership in state and local testing Adhere to all state and district guidelines related to testing Gain strong working knowledge of the Texas Assessment Management System & local data management system Prepare for and attend campus coordinator training Plan for and conduct training sessions for test administrators, monitors, principals, and technology staff Communicate with campus personnel (Special Education, Bilingual/ESL, 504, etc.) to ensure appropriate test administration Prepare and complete paper & online test administrations including the management of scorable and nonscorable test materials Facilitate paper and online testing to ensure proper administration Maintain test materials and required documentation Prepare and administer summer testing Perform other duties as assigned only after all major test functions are completed WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Ability to lift 35 pounds Occasional prolonged and irregular hours
