Online Software Content Other software tools are available on the Alliance Extranet for you to download whenever you need them. Some of these software tools require authorization. On the back of this flyer, you will find all details you need to authorize your company’s copy of any software tool in this pack, be it one from the DVD box or one which you downloaded from the Alliance Extranet.
12 month Subscription for Software Update Software Tools in the Pack come with a 12 month Software Update Subscription. Any new releases (*) patches or hotfixes will be published instantly on the Alliance Extranet. So you should visit the Alliance Extranet regularly and read the section on new Software releases in our quarterly Extranet newsletter. In addition, some software have the ability to warn you of the availability of an update, through a feature called the Schneider Electric Software Update. (*) Except Sycon Software for which the rights for new releases are not included.
12 month Subscription for SCADA Gold Technical Support The USB keys in the Pack come with a 12 month Subscription to our SCADA Gold Technical Support. This is a working hours phone/email/web support, 5 days a week. You’ll have to provide your SiteID as reported by your Vijeo Citect software copy.

The activation process will only work when using the single serial number on the label with the software version indicated in the table above. IMPORTANT: should a newer version of the software become available, you must first install and authorize the above indicated version and then apply an update to that newer version. Note: Some Software Tools are very large in size. We strongly recommend using a download manager to download them. FileZilla (http://filezilla-project.org/ ) is one of the good freeware out there for that purpose. To activate your copy of the software online, by mail or by fax follow these steps: 1.
