AT&M to present new products at CWIEME 2013
CWIEME 2013, Hall 2.2, Stand 2114 AT&M will attend CWIEME 2013 in Berlin from 4 to 6 June. This year, AT&M will present high performance tape wound cores and components from the company’s product portfolio at Stand 2114 in Hall 2.2. The company holds a domestic leading position in the development and production of high grade tape wound cores made from nanocrystalline material Antainano® and amorphous material Antaimo®. AT&M will present high performance Common Mode Choke cores. Antainano® Common Mode Choke cores feature significantly improved high frequency performance due to permeability level several times higher than any kind of ferrite. The applications cover all industrial power supplies and variable speed drives (frequency converters) as well as renewable energy such as PV solar inverters or wind energy generators. In wind energy generators application, several nanocrystalline cores of suitable geometry have to be put commonly over the connector cables each in the DC-link and/or at the inverter output to avoid destructive Bearing Currents. In this configuration, the cores operate as common-mode chokes. AT&M will also present EMI filters equipped with nanocrystalline Common Mode Choke cores to improve power quality in PV Inverters. AT&M’s nanocrystalline cores offer a permeability being five times higher than ferrites which results in significantly smaller build volume and compact design of filters. AT&M’s EMI filters have been certified by TüV.
