Comprehensive Capabilities The Atmosera Azure Backup Service is based an a suite of data protection capabilities. The retention period for protected data is set to a default period of 60 days with options to change it based on specific needs. Atmosera data protection services are available in the following three plans: Basic • Installation of any agent software on target servers • Configuration and execution of daily backups including retention period • One (1) full system restore per calendar quarter Enhanced • All features available under the Basic plan • File level restores • One (1) full system or file level restore per calendar quarter Premium • All features available under the Basic and Enhanced plans • Storage Area Network (SAN) level protection • Application-aware data restores • Sixty (60) full system, file level, or application aware restore per calendar quarter Atmosera works with each customer to identify an optimal window of time during which to perform backups.
