Partner with ITEN to Develop an Audio Program in your Country

ITEN is financing the development of audio programs to promote teacher professional development in rural communities.

And we are searching for Ministries of Education to support this initiative by:

TEACHERS

Sharing ideas to contribute to the design of the program Implementing the program in your country (grants are available)

ITEN audio programs are focused on helping teachers to develop critical thinking skills in students, in the following areas: Numeracy Literacy Sciences Citizenship Education

Teachers can listen on their own or in groups to fun and interactive programs for practical ideas .

All audio programs are free

The audio programs target teachers that work with students 11-14 years of age.

Why an audio program? Distance learning for those with no or limited Internet access Can be delivered using familiar technologies (radio, mobile phone, CD) Multiple channels for distribution (radio, mobile phone, CD, podcast, MP3) Potential to reach large audiences at a reasonable cost History of successful radio education in the region
