Manufacturing Automation Specialist • BS in Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering • 4- 5 years of experience, must be in process automation in the pharmaceutical environment • Process Control System Integration to EBR and Central Historian Applications Pharm Maintenance Mechanic • Associate Degree in Industrial Mechanics Technology, Instrumentation, Electronics or Tool & Die Degree • 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical industry with proven mechanical experience Manufacturing Material Handler • At least one year experience in warehousing material handling and inventory in a Pharmaceutical industry • Ability to Operate Forklift and Pallet Jack (Forklift license a plus) • Inventory control system and the Electronic Batch Record System (EBR) Manufacturing Technician II • Technical Course and/or Associate Degree in Mechanic, Electronic, Information Technology & computers preferred • Electronic Batch Record (EBR) • Two (2) years of experience in OSD Set up and Tooling Tech • Associate Degree in Electronic/Industrial Mechanic, Electronic and/or Mechanical Engineering from a credited college • Minimum of five (5) years of experience operating compression equipment or Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Mechanic Operator on a solid dosage formulation operation Senior IT MES/Support System & Compliance Specialist • Bachelor Degree in Science (Chemistry, Biology) or Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical or Computer) • Five (5) years’ experience in Computer System Validation in a Pharmaceutical manufacturing operations environment • Two (2) years’ experience deploying and/or supporting Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) • Experience with ISPE GAMP 4 or 5 Computer System Development Life Cycle methodologies
Senior Business, Network & Manufacturing Systems Specialist • Bachelor Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Computer) or Sciences (Computer, Chemistry, Biology) • Minimum of eight (8) years of computerized system administration, software development and programing • Proficient with Data Management for Statistical and Analytical studies and reports OSD Manufacturing Operations, Senior Team Leader • BS Degree in Engineering /Biology/ Chemistry, Pharmacy, Computer or Business Administration • Five (5) years of experience in pharmaceutical OSD manufacturing processes • Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory/ managerial position • One (1) year experience in a very higly automated manufacturing operations environment (Electronic Batch Records/NIR-PAT Technology) Senior Scientist, Process Engineering • BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Computer Engineer or related fields. • Five (5) years’ experience in pharmaceutical operations or manufacturing processes • Three (3) years’ experience in performing evaluation and implementation of manufacturing process equipment . • Proficient knowledge of FDA regulatory requirements.
