Cut pattern pieces from pattern pages. The stocking and bottom of stocking patterns print on multiple pages so they need to be taped together. Use the letters as a guide to taping the pages together and taped along the dashed lines.
Pin the stocking pattern to one layer of white felt fabric and cut around the pattern. Repeat three more times so you have 4 stockings. Pin the bottom of stocking pattern to one layer of pink felt fabric and cut around the pattern. Repeat so you have two bottoms. Stack the four white stockings. Lay the pink bottoms to the bottom of the front and back of the white stockings. Pin together at various places along the edge of the stocking so that it stays in place while you stitch. Using pink embroidery floss, whipstitch along the entire edge of the pink bottom sewing through the pink and 1-2 layers of the white felt.
Using white embroidery floss, whipstitch along the outer edge of the white felt fabric on both sides. Whipstitch the top of the stocking stitching together only two layers on both sides so that the stocking remains open at the top. Cut and lay strips of ribbon across the stocking as pictured. Hot glue the edges. Trim the ribbon on the edge of the stocking. Tie the bow and hot glue at the top of the stocking.
