Barriers and benefits of implementing a power quality program: Case Study Libyan distribution networks Saad S. Sultan, Mohamed K. Darwish Abstract— The purpose of this paper is to explore the obstructions faced by Libyan distribution networks in implementing a power quality program (PQP).
