The Cadet Programs Staff at PA Wing is pleased to announce the Spring session of the BCOP for Western Pennsylvania. This is a great opportunity for new cadets in the CAP to learn more about the program they just joined and what it has to offer them. This program will teach everything a basic cadet needs to know from Drill & Ceremonies and Customs & Courtesies to reporting and uniform maintenance.
