UNHCR has introduced a digitalized Protection Monitoring Tool(PMT) in the four refugee camps. Through the PMT 215 refugees have been assessed for vulnerability and 44 refugees with specific needs have been referred to specialized services and assistance. 60 refugees in Darashakran camp have been provided with legal services. The Youth Committee members started the implementation, through the 2016 Youth Initiative Fund, of a project to provide free internet services for the Basirma camp population and to enhance youth participation and empowerment. # of individuals who receive food assistance in voucher

The SCOPE system was first rolled-out in March. SCOPE manages assistance from beginning to end, and allows assistance to be provided through e-vouchers, and to be managed online.

All camp residents received 160 liters of kerosene each during January and Februay. Barzani Charity Foundation (BCF) distributed blankets to all camp residents in January. 267 insulation kits were distributed to residents affected by poor weather conditions.
