Odyssey® Batteries

These batteries are worry free. The sealed design of the Odyssey® battery eliminates the need for vent tubes. No routine maintenance is required and there is no more fear of acid burns or damage to expensive chrome or paint.

Replacement Batteries

These batteries are not the same size as stock batteries and will require shimming on certain applications. On part E1612 for ‘97-up Dressers, the battery must be mounted on it’s side and will require longer battery cables. The user can select between the available curves to maximize performance for the particular engine being used. The programmable rpm limiter can be adjusted between 6000 & 7500 rpm. Technical: The Dyna 2000 is fully compatible with the stock 7or 8 pin connector found on the late model wiring harness. An 8 to 7 pin adapter is available for ‘94-up models. For older bikes an extension harness is available to complete installation. If you will be using a Dyna S ignition as a pickup, you will need the E1717 adapter kit which includes billet rotor for camshaft, wiring and instructions to connect the Dyna S to the Dyna 2000HD.
