On page 4 in the “Integrin-actin link” section the sentence “Non-muscle myosin II exists in two isoforms (IIA and IIB) both of which are expressed by HSCs” should be “Non-muscle myosin II exists in three isoforms, two of which (IIA and IIB) are expressed by HSCs” since non-muscle myosin II exists in 3 isoforms. The Royal Society of Chemistry apologises for these errors and any consequent inconvenience to authors and readers.
