Booking Procedures: Please call (512) 218-5540 ext 0. Birthday reservations are during general water park operating hours and does not include early admission. Fees are due at time of reservation and cannot be booked the same day of the party. Any holiday Birthday party reservations must be reserved on Thursday before the holiday before 5:00 pm. Dates and Hours: June 2 – August 20: (Closed Wednesdays) August 26, 27, September 2, 3, 4:

Birthday Party Bands: All birthday party guests will receive wristbands which will be issued to the party host. Wrist bands may be picked up early at our PARD offices located at: 301 W. Bagdad Ave, Suite 250 Round Rock TX, 78664 or at the group entrance gate before the start of the party. Only the person whose name is on the reservation for the party may receive the bands. All party guest must wear a band to enter the park. Additional Party bands can be purchased for $25.00 at the group gate. If a band is lost there is a replacement fee of $10.00. It is the responsibility of the party host to provide wrist bands to children before they enter. * guests of the party who are attending as observers do not need to pay an entry fee unless they plan to swim. The swimming fee is the cost of daily general admission. No refunds will be given for general admission.

Set Up and Take Down: The tear down and clean-up of the birthday party rental area must be completed at least 15 minutes prior to the end of your party reservation. Ask the Pool Manager on duty to inspect the area after your rental to make sure the area is clean. Entrance Into the Facility: Birthday party guests will enter at our side gate labeled Group entrance. All water park guests attending the party who did not prepay must pay the regular admission fee to enter the pool facility regardless if they are swimming or not and must stand in line. Only pre-registered guest for the party may enter from the group entrance. Group entrance closes at 4:00pm. Items Allowed Into the Facility: You may bring food and a cooler. No glass containers, No alcohol will be allowed in the facility. All facility rules apply. Aquatics Team Members CANNOT hold any personal items in the office for patrons. No balloons, streamers, or other items will be allowed to avoid debris blowing into the pools. Items Not Allowed Into the Facility: To protect our pool facility including the filtration system equipment, the following items are not allowed on site: piñatas, balloons, or any decorations that could easily fly in the pool. Water noodles and non-US Coast Guard approved flotation devices are not allowed. Card tables, large umbrellas, and chaise lounge chairs are also not permitted. In addition, BBQ pits are not provided or allowed in the facility. An electric source will not be provided. Cancellation Policy: If bad weather or other occurrences beyond the control of Round Rock Parks & Recreation Department occur during the rental refunds will be looked at on a case by case basis. If a refund is requested for other reasons, the refund policy will be in effect. Any cancellations made within the 14 days prior to the rental date will not receive a refund. Please Note! Rock’N River water park has a very strict age and height requirement for some of our Aquatic Features. Below is a list of ride features with its height and age requirements: Splashville Slide: Green Horn: Must be 36” taller. Children under 6 years must be accompanied by an adult. Yellow Sidewinder: Must be 40” or taller. Only one rider at a time Orange Outlaw: Must be 40” or taller. Only one rider at a time Blue Blaze: Must be 40” or taller, only one rider at a time The Lookout Slides Must be 48” or taller, only one rider at a time The Quarry (deep water) Must be 48” or taller and anyone under age of 16 must pass a swim test to participate in the following: Rock Wall Dive platform Drop Slide Swim tests will take place in the Quarry. Our Lifeguards will be happy to administer this free test.
