Enter your own Private Bollywood room & jump straight into the fun - the night starts off with a performance by your Bollywood Shimmy Seductress before getting all the girls looking like a Bollywood Princesses! Dance is so uplifting and vibrant! The hen is treated to a full costume...photos are a must for your hen makes her big reveal to the group as a bollywood goddess! Your hens hostess will then teach you to dance with wild abandonment as though you were in a Bollywood Movie and shimmy the evening away! After the giggles and shimmy’s, the party continues as your group sits down to a delish Dips to start, 7-course banquet! 15 MINUTES BEFORE STARING TIME: MEET ALL THE LUCKY GUESTS INVITED HERE IN DARLINGHURST!

4:30PM: YOUR COCKTAIL BAR OPENS EXCLUSIVE FOR YOU! UPON ARRIVAL EACH GUEST IS TREATED TO A FRESHLY SHAKEN COCKTAIL WHILST YOU SETTLE IN, RELAX AND MINGLE! THIS TIME CAN BE USED GIFT OPENING, SPEECHES AND DON’T FORGET LOTS OF PHOTOS!

4:45PM-5.45PM: UNLEASH YOUR INNER BOLLYWOOD GODDESS AND CELEBRATE WITH YOUR 1 HOUR DANCE WORKSHOP

6PM: THE RESTAURANT OPENS TO THE PUBLIC, YOU WILL BE SHOWN TO YOUR VIP DEEP BANQUET LOUNGE! 6:30PM-8:30PM: RELAX AND ENJOY A FULL 7 COURSE MIDDLE-EASTERN INSPIRED BUFFET DINNER 8:30PM: THE FORMAL PART OF YOUR EVENING ENDS. YOUR PARTY MUST LEAVE THE RESTAURANT AT 8:30PM TO ALLOW FOR THE SECOND DINNER SEATING. Bollywood Dance and Dine - Sydney Hen Party In Middle Eastern cuisine, these are considered the jewel of the table. They are a way of life and meant to be enjoyed in an unhurried way. These small dishes excite the palate and are the centrepiece of a family gathering. Mezza is food to be shared. On their own, they can be considered accompaniments, but at almond bar, we invite you to share an assortment of dishes to form the basis of a meal. We encourage you to enjoy our mezza the traditional way whilst appreciating good company and wine in a friendly atmosphere.

Just some of the gourmet delights you will be treated to include Middle Eastern bread grilled with traditional creamy garlic & fresh homemade dips- trust us, you’ve never have garlic bread like this! As well as Haloumi - grilled cheese with olive oil, oregano & diced tomatoes... Calamari with grilled with lemon, oregano & extra virgin olive oil... & Chargrilled lamb skewers - marinated in a red wine sauce served with a mint & walnut sauce... Just to name a few!

Our chef will surprise you by choosing the best available dishes of the night. Vegetarian, lactose free, Vegan & Gluten Free dietary requirements can be catered for - just ask your hens consultant
