ABSTRACT - The i n d u c t i v e and r - e s i s t i v r s k i n e f f e c t i n niulticonductor transmission l i n e s plays an important r o l e i n t h e a n a l y s i s and d e s i g n f o r t h e interconnect.ions in high-speed d i g i t a l c i r c u i t r y . Proposed h e r e is a novel boundary i n t e g r a l equation formulation which reduces the two-dimensional electromagnetic f i e l d problems i n t o one-dimensional unknowns a l o n g t h e condiictor t n u n d a r i e s . The method of moments is t h e n appJied t o s o l v e t h e equation and f i n d t h e d e s i r e d r e s i s t a n c e and inductance m a t r i c e s . This approach is suitable t o miiltiple conductors of a r b i t r a r y shapes at l o w as w e l l as high f r e q u e n c i e s . Some examples are included t o i l l u s t r a t e t h e method.
