We're looking for Branch Sales and Training Manager who will be:
Responsible for gamut of the training cycle from Training Needs Analysis (TNA), to curriculum/training program development, to roll out, assessment and evaluation of results. In charge of directing the work of training team and pool of trainers and creating a culture of learning in the entire sales organization including the franchised branches Ultimate objective is to build sales for the branches
Responsibilities:
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify training and performance gaps for both company- and franchisee-owned branches, as well as the sales teams (Head Office Sales Team, Areas Sales Managers and Account Managers) to be able to develop and implement targeted training interventions. Design and develop innovative training programs and curricula which would include among others preparing training outline, materials, modules and assessments including budgetary support. Develop new training modules/courses associated with introduction of new products. Deliver, direct and supervise roll out of training programs. Generate training KPIs report to properly evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs against learning objectives and recommend improvements. Manage branch induction/onboarding and refresher courses following structured and standardized training process and curriculum. Monitor performance of newly onboarded branches and trainees as a way to assess effectiveness of induction program and determine need for follow thru trainings Regularly review training curricula, programs, modules, aids and manuals to ensure that training procedures, standards, documentation, reporting and evaluation are maintained and updated. Lead sales development activities and events. Closely collaborate with Corporate Training Manager and Department Heads for the continuous learning and training at all levels within the sales organization.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any Vocational or Bachelor’s degree. With experience of at least 3 years in intensive sales training + 5 years of sales in insurance, network marketing, direct selling or other industries. Proven track record in sales is a key and experience in product demo a plus Has been able to implement/cascade training programs to multiple branches
Has managed and trained a team of trainers Excellent facilitation and platform or presentation skills Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Highly competent in TNA and module-making Strong leadership and advanced collaborative abilities Highly proactive and solutions driven with a very positive and can do attitude With an inherent love for our country, the poor and the environment Willing to work in our new office in Paseo, Sta. Rosa, Laguna!
