Cumberland Valley APICS Presents: CPIM Basics of Supply Chain Management (BSCM) Scope: Introducing Supply Chain concepts and emphasizing basic terminology, the BSCM module traces the complete flow of inbound materials from your suppliers--through planning processes, transformation operations, and material management--and distribution of end items to your customer. Get a comprehensive overview of successful operations strategies with a solid understanding of interfaces and cost tradeoffs to optimize your Supply Chain performance. This is course one in the 5-part CPIM series. Who Should Attend?
