Purpose of the role: The principal purpose of this role is to co-ordinate business development activities ensuring telemarketing and field sales activities operate effectively. Key responsibilities: 1. Optimise the number of learner sign-ups from new business. 2. To undertake the learner recruitment process and generate new business opportunities in line with organisational requirements. 3. Undertake other field activities including ONA’s, Customer support visits and vacancy matching Key duties: 1. Ensure the monthly sign-up targets are achieved. 2. Market existing and new companies for business. 3. Ensure compliance with the candidate initial assessment and completion of paperwork. 4. Liaise with product managers/team leaders to ensure the smooth operation of the candidate recruitment process and other new business opportunities. 5. Ensure health and safety vetting is undertaken in line with company policy. 6. Initiate and manage new business initiatives. 7. Participate in team and company meetings. 8. Ensure fair and transparent recruitment processes regardless of the individual’s race, gender, age, ethnic or national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, care responsibility, HIV status, trade union activity, political or religious belief. 9. Ensure candidates are resourced to facilitate effective training. 10. Undertake projects and initiatives as directed by line manager. 11.
