Cactus INGO.

For small and medium-sized installations.

Cactus INGO has been specially designed for the water and wastewater market and is a fourth generation field-station from Cactus. Cactus INGO has been given new functionality such as network connection, crosscommunication and the possibility of locally connected displays. Water and Waste Water.

District heating and Power production & Heating Plants.

Biogas.

Cost-effective…

All integrated.

It is important for us to offer continuity in our development of field-stations. This protects your investments for 10, 20 or 30 years into the future. When older field-stations betray the signs of ageing, the existing control program coding can be re-used intact in new Cactus field-stations. Re-using tried and tested control programs means minimal operational disruption and low modernisation costs for you.

Cactus INGO is programmed graphically or using traditional control program coding. Both methods are transparent, which means you can shift between program modes at any time. Cactus INGO is extensively integrated into the over riding main system, which means you never need to modify in both the main system and the PLC when supplementing or altering a signal. Add a signal and the system is automatically updated both centrally and locally. You can also connect an operator’s panel for local control and monitoring.

…and compact.

Cactus INGO is a very compact field-station. Nevertheless, it is still a fully fledged Cactus field-station. Compact housing, low power consumption and space-saving assembly options on a DIN rail are other valuable characteristics.

Suitable applications include:

Common communication connections.

Small water works and treatment plants. Pump stations. Booster stations. Water tower monitoring. Groundwater level measurement.

Central maintenance.

Cactus INGO can be programmed over all types of communication link. Field-stations spread across large geographical areas can therefore be maintained centrally from your overriding main system. Central maintenance also automatically gives you a version manager for all the control programs. Cactus INGO makes cross-communication possible, thus enabling two field-stations to communicate without going via the server.

Point-to-point. Multidrop. Dial-up connection via telecom network or GSM. GPRS, 3G, 4G. Radio. Network.

Simple maintenance, service and remote support.

Cactus INGO is integrated in our system solutions and offers outstandingly simple maintenance and remote support. If you so desire, Cactus UniView can access your field-stations for updates, service and support. Together our main systems and Cactus INGO form a cost-effective solution for water and wastewater customers who place high demands on system adaptation, operational reliability and long-term thinking.
