BrightStart™ Onboarding and Acclimation Program We provide our clients expertise and guidance throughout the offer, onboarding, and acclimation of new employees to ensure they are engaged and productive from day one. All Brightwing employees participate in our proprietary BrightStart™ Onboarding program which provides an efficient and effective way to ensure all contract employees are fully prepared prior to their start date, which has a positive impact on productivity, performance, retention, and job satisfaction. The BrightStart™ onboarding and acclimation program has been customized for several clients to help facilitate client required onboarding content, documentation and acclimation tools. Prior to the engagement date, and during the first two weeks in the field, our new employees are onboarded by our Acclimation Team, comprised of Account Support Staff, Payroll, and a Benefits Enrollment Specialist. Brightwing makes it a point to ensure our contract employees have access to the people and resources they need so they can focus on their job.
