Capacity Building Resources for Asthma and Indoor Air Quality The American Lung Association of the Upper Midwest is pleased to offer capacity building resources to enhance asthma and indoor air quality knowledge and skills. Applications are being accepted for projects implemented in the metropolitan areas of Chicago, Kansas City, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, Minneapolis/St. Paul, and St. Louis. Timeline for Accepting Applications: Applications accepted from March 15, 2017 through December 31, 2017 or until all funds are expended. All capacity building projects must be completed by December 31, 2017. Anticipate up to four weeks between submission of application and notification of award.
