Standard provisions include the cine memory which enables observation of images back to past 64 frames even after freezing. Thus, examination can proceed without worrying about timing after freezing. In addition, various playback modes including repetitive, slow and frame-to-frame are available.

High frame rate mode
By switching the angle of visibility from 100% to 60% or 40%, the frame rate is increased. This improves the real-time characteristics in examination and makes it especially useful for observation of motion. This is important in the cardiology exam.
