A. Synopsis: Change management is a subject common expertise in Faculty of Economics, University of Pasundan Bandung. In general, this course shows how a business organization must change and adapt to the economic environment and business is very dynamic. Various concepts of change management and ways to anticipate were main topics those will be covered in this course. Nevertheless, this course is more emphasis on how should a business organization must make changes, starting from change of a company's culture and values to the changes of a technical nature operational. B. Learning Outcomes: Student should be able to: 1) Analyze issues and procedures in executing management of change 2) Develop mechanism in the applications of change management 3) Evaluate the effects of change management on business organization C. D. Assessment: COURSE WORK Group Assignment Presentation

CRITERIA Group assignment (each group 4 – 5 students). The presentation assignment should be presented in the class for each group, based on the schedule of week class. Each presentation should take about 15 – 30 minutes included for question and answers.

WEIGHTAGE (%) 15

The group should prepare the power point and a movie related to the title of presentation, which will be shown during the presentation session. Objective of the presentation assignment are students understand the process of change within the organization, and then discussing in the class. Group Assignment Report Writing

The written assignment should not exceed 2.500 words (between 15 – 25 pages), excluding appendices and the reference list. Content of the report writing same to the title of presentation. The guidence of report writing can be seen in other parts, such a blog of Dr. Mulyaningrum.

Objective of the report writing is students should learn to work in teams to analyze a problem. Individual Assignment

The assignment for individu will be adjust to the class material according to the term and condition of class schedule.

Mid Term Exam

The material for mid term exam consist of class by week 1 until week 6.

Final Exam

The material of final exam consist of class by week 7 untul week 12. Total
