4.1. The Questionnaire. As mentioned previously, a total of 150 individuals were used to assess criteria for the infection with rhinovirus with respect to some symptoms that thought to be relevant to this type of infection, as well as detection of rhinoviruses and other viruses that cause acute respiratory infection in human using Real time- PCR technique. Antigens were used to cast light on the variation that may be exist according to age and sex. It is worthwhile giving first a brief summary of how the collected data distributed on the questionnaire' items as well as readings of the considered tests. In this instance Table 4.1 represents frequencies and their corresponding percentages of the questionnaire' items as shown in Appendix 1.

Moreover, rural and urban percentages were also equivalent to each other which also help eliminating potential baseness with regard to residential areas. The vast majority of individuals of this sample were either pupils or nurses which accumulated for a more than 86% of the types of occupations recorded for participants of this sample. Rhinorrhea, watery eyes and sneezing were the only symptoms that all individuals practiced them. Inflammatory mucosa appeared in 99.3% of the individuals, while fever appeared in 85.3%. With regard to asthma, 37.3% were found to have positive history of being having this disease. Doubtless, asthmatic people are more eligible to have even severe cold or rhinovirus infection than other people. Chi-square test revealed that asthmatic patients are significantly more reliable to contract rhinovirus than non-asthmatic patients (Chi-square=6.89, p-value
