CHECK LIST FOR TILE SYSTEM Check List for Sales Rep: Step 1 = Have a well diagram form with you to fill out for each unit. Step 2 = Identify if the tiles should be sized to fit over the unit or down inside the unit. Step 3 = Take measurement of the inside of the unit from left to right. Step 4 = Take measurement of the inside of the unit from front to back. Step 5 = Take measurement of the depth of the unit. Step 6 = If the unit requires the tiles to fit down inside of the unit then take the width measurement of the ledge that the tiles will rest on. Step 7 = Identify the tile configurations that the customer wants going from left to right. Step 8 = Submit each well diagram form to Hector Garcia,
[email protected] Step 9 = Hector will email each well diagram form to our engineer for CAD design. Step 10 = Our engineer will create a CAD for each well diagram and email it to Hector. Step 11 = Hector will email each CAD to the person who provided the well diagram. Step 12 = Each CAD layout needs to be approved by the customer with a signature. Step 13 = Customer will need to select the tile color(s) and insert color(s). Step 14 = PO and signed/approved CAD’s are submitted to GET. Step 15 = Our factory produces the order and ships to GET. Step 16 = GET ships product to the customer. Step 17 = Customer receives the product and installs tiles as per each CAD drawing.
