Projects DRAM Simulation Model • Created a 128X8 DRAM simulation model to read the fastest and slowest data path in the cell array using Cadence Virtuoso. Radio Frequency Identification(RFID) • Created an algorithm on ARM Processor using VxWorks to identify, validate the RFID tags and create the database for the entry. Simulator used for the project was Tornado VxWorks. Audio Communication unit for Simulators • Created a reduced noise circuit for point to point communication with the option of switching it to broadcast network.
