On behalf of the Chicken Coop Theatre Creative team, I would like to invite you to audition in the new Chicken Coop production of CELLAR HOTEL, our submission for the 2011 Toronto Fringe Festival taking place from July 6 – 17, 2011. The travelers arrive, the rooms are lush, and the lounge is warm. But all is not what it seems at Cellar Hotel. Will the gluttonous cook, lustful lounge singer and envious waitress lead the unsuspecting young doctor to temptations that will endanger his very soul? Cellar Hotel is a rock musical adaptation of the legend of Faust. Five guests arrive at the luxurious Cellar Hotel. As their evening progresses, the 16 employees of the hotel and lounge are revealed to be God, Mephistopheles, the seven saintly virtues and the seven deadly sins. The evening turns into an epic battle for the souls of those who dare enter... Cellar Hotel. We are casting for 21 of the following characters plus 8 admin/tech help ASS’T DIRECTOR

Callbacks will be held on Sunday March 20 – 4:00 – 8:00pm Audition requirements - Please bring with sheet music in your preferred key and be prepared to sing: 1- Rock /Pop song – not a ballad 2- Contrasting song of your choice 3- Monologue (60 secs. max) Please forward resumes and headshots no later than February 28, 2011.
