Confucius Institute, Unioninkatu 33, 305 University students This course requires learners to have completed Chinese 2. Learn to converse with Chinese people about life, work or business. After the course, learners can produce common sentence structures and descriptions, and exchange information on daily life. Be able to take HSK oral test (intermediate level) 1. Understand classroom interactions and respond to instructions accordingly; reproduce sentences in appropriate tone and give simple answers to questions; 2. Practicing speaking skills, including small talk and proper communication with Chinese people in terms of entertaining friends, enquiry making, complaints, etc. 3. Master 600 words related to daily life and school life. Conversational Chinese 301, book 2 52 hours lecture 4 hours exam Final exam 70%, Homework 10% Class participation 20% 1. At least 80% class attendance is required. Absence from the course will lower the final grade accordingly. Students with over 20% absence will not get the full credits of the course. 2. Compete the homework at the required time. Failing to do the homework will lower the final grade of the course. 3. Pass the exams of the course.
